Hammond C-3 organ with Leslie power amp

The Hammond B-3/C-3 is a testament to the badass engineering of the 1940s and 50s. This particular C-3 fell off the back of a pickup truck and onto a highway a few years ago and still worked fine when it got to its destination. (I know of one other with a similar tale.) Due to the aforementioned “truck incident” and a homemade chop job from its previous owner, this thing is U-G-L-Y. But boy does it sound good!!!! It also used to belong to Jim and Tammy Faye Bakker's PTL organization.

(For those who don’t know, the Hammond B-3 and C-3 organs were electronically identical. The C-3 featured a full cabinet at the back and sides, while the B-3 featured non-removable legs for lighter weight and—get this—better portability.)
